MHA HERRAJES Y DISEÑO S.L. supplies iron fittings, hinges, locks, cylinders (with and without master keys), and padlocks mainly for the construction industry and is, within its sector, specialised in high-quality personalised products with assurances, aspiring to be recognised for the reliability and performance of its products, as well as for its efforts in the diversification and expansion of its product range.

MHA HERRAJES Y DISEÑO S.L. approaches QUALITY as a system that allows it to manage how its products are placed on the market, ensuring that they satisfy the customer’s needs, expectations, and requirements.

MHA HERRAJES Y DISEÑO is committed, not only to complying with all product requirements, those established by the customer, the legal and regulatory requirements, and those necessary for the use of the product, but also to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.

In order to fulfil our commitments and aspirations, MHA HERRAJES Y DISEÑO
S.L. requires the participation of all its human resources and the involvement of its management, as its main driving force, establishing the following guidelines:

– QUALITY is a key factor in the company’s survival and is a consequence of the proper and exhaustive planning, execution, and regular monitoring of our work processes.
– QUALITY aims to satisfy external stakeholders through the involvement, awareness-raising, and participation of internal stakeholders.
– QUALITY can only be interpreted as a continuous fulfilment of the requirements and, therefore, the single aim must be to “get it right the first time”.
– QUALITY is based on adequate stock management that allows us to satisfy our customers’ demands in terms of quantity, time, and specifications.
– QUALITY is subject to a Continuous Improvement Plan based on a culture of risk and opportunity management.
– QUALITY, which is synonymous with customer satisfaction, must allow us to identify the future needs of our customers, in order to be proactive and satisfy them before they arise.

In order to meet the principles of the Quality Policy stated above, management requests the adherence and participation of everyone, at all levels, to establish and continuously update a Quality System that ensures that our customers are satisfied.
